Based in Miami, FL - eatOS POS Inc, is a cloud-based restaurant software start-up that provides Cloud-based technology infrastructure built exclusively for restaurants of all sizes, with the ability to simplify operations, improve guest experience, save costs, and engage with the community in new and innovative ways - Restaurant management made simple.

We are looking for a App Integration Engineers (4) to help us create artificial intelligence products.
App Integration Engineers responsibilities include creating integration with our apps and 3rd party apps to multiple apps using Zapier or other integration platforms. To do this job successfully, you need exceptional skills in backend development and programming. If you also have knowledge of app integration, data science and software engineering, we’d like to meet you.
Your ultimate goal will be to shape and build integration APP store and connections to thousands of APP's.
You have experience with Web APIs. In this role, you'll be working with many different APIs. You’ll need to be able to dig into their documentation, build proof-of-concepts, and then build complex integrations with those APIs. Basically, you'll need to know and love Web APIs.
You are a skilled programmer. You don’t expect to come up with designs and leave implementation to others. Instead, you dig in and get stuff done. Our main tech stack is Nodejs, Angular, AWS, MongoDB and more, you’ll be working with all.
You solve problems. Engineers write lots of code, but that is not all they do. You can recognize when something isn’t working and do the work to figure out how to fix it. This could be with code, or by working with your teammates.
You are a skilled written communicator. eatOS is a 100% remote team and being able to communicate well is critical. Chat and video are our primary means of communication. You can communicate unfamiliar technical topics clearly and in an approachable way.
You want to do what's best for users. Integrations are at the core of eatOS's value to our customers, and we want to keep building ones that are of the highest quality and solve our customers' needs.
Your experience lifts others up. You love assisting others and use your prior experiences to mentor, no matter how many or how few you have.

Things You Might Do"
  • Build and maintain Integrations on Zapier and other similar platform for crucial APIs
  • Migrate applications to new APIs as the need arises
  • Dig into bugs and feature requests
  • Work with our partnerships team to solve problems for external groups
  • Help other engineers on the team and across eatOS
  • Be a shepherd for our platform and partners
  • Be available for emergencies if there is a problem with one of our apps when on-call.
  • As a part of eatOS's all hands philosophy, help customers via support to ensure they have the best experience possible.
  • You have 2+ years of experience with development
A PLUS IF YOU HAVE:
  • Experience in the SaaS, restaurant, hospitality, and food service industry.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus.
  • Start-up experience (we love entrepreneurs!).
  • Experience in working virtually and with a virtual team.
  • Full/Part-time, remote, or work from office depending on location.
  • Experience cold-calling and prospecting in-person leads.
