The Senior Application Support Specialist will act as a technical delivery lead focusing on application compliance and currency initiatives. Specifically, they will work closely with the IT Product Managers, IT Senior Management, and support teams to clearly understand objectives, expectations and deliverables for each initiative. They will work cross functionally with these teams to execute on development and implementation.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business or equivalent work experience
• 5+ Experience in technical analysis, project management and delivery
• Insurance industry experience preferred
• Experience in Agile process preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Leadership and influencing skills
• Strong problem solving, analytical and presentation capabilities and attention to details
• Ability to work with stakeholders in diverse set of technical teams and at various levels of the organization
• Ability to meet and coordinate multiple tasks and tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and ensure assignments are delivered on time
• Working knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, procedures and systems (HSB practices and systems desired)
• Azure DevOps and MS Power BI
• MS Office (Windows, Word, Excel, Access)
