Job Description:

Essential Job Functions

• Responsible for analysis, design, testing and implementation for new and existing legacy application software, and production support for systems with medium complexity.
• Primary DXC client point of contact in the Billing area.
• Qualifications include good organizational skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills, good time management skills, ability to work independently and effectively communicate with team members and customers.
• The applicant must be capable of working at a broad technical level and must be able to apply business knowledge and technical skills to systems development.
• Position requires 8+ years of programming and related experience as outlined above.
• Mainframe application skills and experience are required. Skills and tools include (but not limited to): COBOL, IMS, DB2, MFS, DLT0, Debugger, Syncsort, TSO and other IBM Z/OS mainframe technologies and utilities. ADF knowledge and experience are pluses.
• Manufacturing experience (preferably in the steel industry) is highly recommended

• Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, information systems or related field preferred
• Eight or more years of support services or project or program experience
• Experience working with the technology industry
• Experience working with company products and operating systems
• Experience working with computer systems and their use

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $80,100 - $120,100.
