The CSI Companies has partnered with our client, an established merchandising company, to find an
AR Collections Analyst for a direct hire opportunity in the Jacksonville area!
HYBRID SCHEDULE- WFH Mondays and Fridays
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Southside area)
Starting pay: $23+/hour (Higher pay is negotiable depending on experience!)
Hours: Traditional full-time hours, Monday - Friday

Essential Duties:
- Manage a $10M+ portfolio of business to business customers independently
- Conduct collection calls using telephone, e-mail, and/or customer website portals to secure payments and resolve any issues preventing payments from being issued
- Monitor payment behaviors on accounts to identify when customer is at risk of defaulting on balance due to ensure no further exposure is at risk
- Monitor customer accounts, learning reasons for non-payment and understand the necessary steps to bring to resolution
Requirements:
- 3+ years business to business credit experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to reconcile accounting data
- Strong Excel skills, including vlook-ups
