Design oriented firm located in a downtown transit community concentrating on retail, bank, church and residential projects.

The ability to produce construction documents while balancing design elements is most important. Candidate must be eager to learn and grow in a small team environment, and to learn from experienced mentors. Experience in high end Residential and Commercial a must. Religious, Public, and Historical Preservation a plus. This position offers the potential to grow into increasing responsibilities and more senior roles within the firm.

Candidate must be proficient at:

• CADD construction documents and renderings through all project phases
• Coordinate designs and details
• Participate in projects from initial design through construction administration

Requirements: BA Arch from an accredited school of architecture

• 3-5 years experience in light framed residential and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, ability to 3d model a plus.
• Desire to visit site during construction required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable and well-organized
• Desire to design and detail traditional and modern architecture.
