FBT Architects – Intern Architects/Recent Graduates

FBT Architects has open positions for full-time Intern Architects/Recent Graduates to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico;
Colorado Springs, Colorado and Dallas, Texas. We offer an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced collaborative studio environment with a variety of project types including Healthcare, Education, Civic, Mixed-Use, Hospitality and Commercial.

We seek enthusiastic and talented individuals who are passionate about design. Candidates must have ability to communicate and collaborate with the project team and adjust to changing project requirements. FBT fosters mentoring of interns to gain real-world experience towards successful licensure in architecture and become career professionals in the design field.

Desired Qualifications:

ü 5-year Professional or Master’s Degree in Architecture
ü Proficiency in Revit, Autocad, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite and graphic rendering programs is a plus
ü Skilled in graphic presentations and with oral & written communications

Responsibilities:

ü Perform variety of design assignments requiring the application of creative architectural techniques
ü Develop creative documentation for design presentations and client reviews
ü Prepare accurate, high-quality documentation of project design & construction details
ü Support project team during construction phase administration
