WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for established Real Estate Leaders and Brokers in the Orlando, West Palm Beach, Tampa/St. Petersburg, and Miami areas to help lead our expansion by providing citywide support, mentorship, coaching, and training to agents in their area. This includes things like answering questions, giving advice, meeting with agents, team-building meetings, etc.

SUPERVISOR PERKS:

INCOME: 10% of Gross Company Revenue from all Transactions by your Agents

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Be an Experienced Licensed Real Estate Agent in Florida
• Experience Leading a Team, Mentoring, etc.
• Have Strong Leadership Qualities/Experience
• Have a Success-Oriented Mindset
• Ready to Grow with an agile, and rapidly growing company.
