About You:

As a Retail Area Store Manager Manager with Venus ET Fleur, we'll encourage you to take extra time to coach your team to understand our customer's needs and provide an extraordinarily one of a kind, customer service experience. Essentially, you'll be helping us build strong relationships with our customers, while growing your career. At Venus ET Fleur we are committed to our team members, we want you to flourish! We are looking for an experienced and responsible Area Store Manager to join our team at Roosevelt Field!!

Responsibilities: (including but not limited to):

• Train new sales staff, assigning specific tasks to other sales staff, and monitoring the team's sales performance.
• Recruit new team members, interview, hire as well as coaching
• Conduct sales outreach
• Provide sales staff with constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers' problems.
• Motivate the sales staff and create an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff
• Solve customer complaints and answer customers' questions
• Customer Service escalation assistance during peak holidays
• Maintain positive customer relations..
• Create, maintain, and present store reports for leadership.
• Help with the selling of our store's products and assisting to maximize sales.
• Stock shelves, setting up displays, ringing up merchandise and sales, and performing cleaning responsibilities.
• Maintain inventory, filling out paperwork, and tasking sales workers with the buying of more supplies.
  
• Operational duties as assigned

Requirements + Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of luxury supervisory experience
• Available to work Nov 15th - Jan 1st, Jan 15th - Feb 15th and April 15th - May 16th with no time off requests?
• Experience understanding and completing our client journey
