Job description

Constant Protective Security provides armed security service at many high-threat sites across North East Ohio. For armed assignments, our exacting security officer selection procedures are very stringent. In addition to our standard background investigation, reference checks, drug test, and other screening requirements, for armed positions we specifically seek candidates with prior experience, preferably in the military or law enforcement. Candidates for armed security service assignments are often subject to additional requirements established by the client and/or local or state regulations.

Must have:

-Reliable transportation
-High School diploma or GED
-Some Security Experience
-Familiarity with modern computer use

Must be:

-Able to pass a drug test
-Able to pass a background check
-21 or older

Job Responsibilities:

-Building Access Control

Ensure that everyone entering the building shows proper identification.
Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
Call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons.

-General Security Procedures

Warn violators of rule infractions such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles.
Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property.
Ensure that authorized removal of property is conducted within appropriate client requirements.
Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
