Mechdyne is one of the world's leading providers of innovative audio, visual and information technologies. These technologies include hardware, software, virtual reality and A/V. We are looking to grow our newest department focusing on machining, assembly and fabrication.

This position will be 3rd shift and can be part-time or full-time.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble components accurately, thoroughly and quickly to approved specification
• Read blueprints and instructions to verify the parts required prior to assembly
• Use tools and equipment safely for accurate assembly
• Inform supervisors of any part or equipment defects to ensure prompt response to the problem

Qualification:

• Ability to use hand tools (gripping, clamping, twisting)
• Experience using power and hand tools
• Must be able to stand, kneel, and crouch for long periods
• Must be able to climb ladders and lift in excess of 50 pounds
• Ability to read and speak English
• High school diploma or GED equivalency preferred
