Nesco Resource is looking for Assemblers for a major manufacturer in the Delmar/Voorheesville/Guilderland area. This is a temp-to-perm position with advancement opportunities with a reputable and long-standing company.

Responsibilities:
This position involves high-tech assembly in a fast-paced environment. If you're mechanically inclined, can do wiring, welding, have CNC experience, automotive repair knowledge, this could be a great opportunity. Piping, pipefitting, and structured wiring are also useful skills to have.

Requirements:

• Mechanical assembly
• Motor/Compressor alignment
• Electrical Box Assembly
• Electrical Box Installation and Connection
• Instrument Wiring and Piping
• Oil and Water Piping
• Hydrostatic Testing
• Comply with Safety Rules, Regulations and OSHA requirements.

• You will be assembling and disassembling materials that will be shipped to clients around the world.
• You will help prepare pipes and compressors for welders, cutters, and others who make alterations
• You will be using measurement tools to mold materials into various products for the many varieties of clients.
• You will be testing products to make sure they are compliant
• You will move from station to station depending on the stage of the product

• 1st shift: 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday
• 2nd shift: 3 pm to 1:30 am, Monday-Thursday (shift deferential paid)
• Overtime will be available
• Salary: $21.21 per hour minimum, could be more with experience.
