Borghi USA is hiring full-time Production Workers/ Operators/Assemblers for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

$14.50 - $15.00/hour

ALL Shifts ARE FULL-TIME Monday-Friday WITH possible overtime on weekends.

The company offers medical/dental/vision insurance, within 30 days! Paid vacation the first year, plus Personal days and 10 Paid holidays.

Job Description:

• Read work order instruction and performs work as assigned by work order sheet and supervisor.
• Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
• Must be willing to accept and receive frequent supervision and assistance with regards to specific customer product requests.
• Conduct routine quality checks of finished product per instructions.
• Must be able to work as part of a team.

Job Requirements

Blueprint reading skills are a plus. Demonstrates attention to detail, speaks clearly; listens and get clarification, ability to read and interpret written information, writes clearly accurately, and concisely, displays willingness to make decisions, prioritizes and plans work activities, looks for ways to improve and promote quality; makes recommendations, accepts responsibility, follows or exceeds organizational standards, frustration tolerance, time management, and teamwork.

-Verify visual characteristics per the spec sheet

-Perform pre-assembly functions, as required

-Stacking, packing, counting, and labeling parts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour
