1st shift is 5am-330pm or 6am-430pm, Monday thru Friday, occasional Saturdays
Pay: $17.00 to $18.00 an hour. Occasional (OT).

Overview
A General Laborer is responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations throughout the door manufacturing process. Their duties include loading and unloading doors or raw materials, assembling, crafting, and correct movement of doors throughout the manufacturing process. General Laborers are cooperative and willing to apply their skills in a variety of venues by regularly rotating positions to achieve success.

What you will need:
- Preferably one year experience in manufacturing setting
- HS Diploma or GED preferred
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Experience of hand tools, pneumatic tools and power tools (Shop Saw, table Saw, Router and air Sander)
- Must have product knowledge and be able to read special orders
- Ability to exercise flexibility, good judgment.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Familiar with reading a measuring tape.
- Ability to communicate in English
- Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as requested by Supervisor.
- Familiar with part numbers and able to identify material
- Housekeeping is a priority to provide a safe, clean and organized work environment.
What you will do:
- Daily reading of special work orders.
- Pulling the correct product
- Prep doors to be in excellent condition before they get painted.
- Attention to detail when cutting and routing special size's of material for special orders to correct specification using show saw, table saw, and routers.
- Repair of defected/damaged doors.
- Be able to meet the daily goals:
- Maintains a clean, neat and orderly work area.
- Informs lead of any unsafe or hazardous working conditions
- Regular attendance and timeliness is an essential function of the job in order not to have any disruptions in production and customer service.
- Will also perform other related duties as assigned, which may not be specifically listed in the job description
- Provide on-the-job training to new employees as required
