The Asset Management Leader will also lead business development activities, from developing and managing client relationships to identifying project opportunities and their capture. As a collaborative activity involving other BLs and supported by the Gannett Fleming Business Development team, mutually-agreed target metrics are identified through Gannett Fleming business planning.
Ultimately, the Asset Management Leader will enable Gannett Fleming to advance its strategy of being an innovator and market leader in technology-enabled business change for infrastructure creation and lifecycle management. We are seeking a highly skilled
Asset Management leader to join our team. This role requires an individual with strong consulting skills, domain expertise, and technical knowledge to effectively communicate and bridge the gap between senior management, technology leadership, and implementation teams. As the Asset Management leader, you will be responsible for providing project management and technical leadership for the delivery of consulting services. These services are delivered in collaboration with our Geotechnical, Dams, Hydraulics (GDH), and Water BLs to ensure high-quality results on impactful client engagements.

Responsibilities:
- Project management and business development leadership in targeted markets.
- Delivers Resiliency Strategy and related services advisory services.
- Sales and delivers a portfolio of consulting engagements
- Act as subject matter expert and thought leader for Resiliency Strategy and related services.
- Lead and coordinate the development and implementation of the Business Plan for Management Consulting in the utility sector in target markets.
- Performs business development from the development and management of client relationships through the identification of project opportunities and their capture.
- Recruiting, retaining, and developing high-performing multi-disciplinary consulting team
- Providing advisory service and consulting leadership in collaboration with Gannett Fleming’s software application development and IT systems implementation functions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Accounting/Finance, Economics, Computer Science or equivalent discipline required
- Minimum 10- 15 years of domain knowledge of asset management and / or resiliency-related consulting services ideally in utility sector
- Minimum 10-15 years providing advisory services in targeted markets to an organization’s c-suite / senior management
- Track record of success delivering consulting projects in GF markets
- Travel 50% of time
- Provide leadership for sales pipeline development, capture management, and practice delivery QA
- Experience with ISO 55000, Institute of Asset Management (IAM) body of knowledge
- Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Maintenance Management System (MMS) implementation, or implementation support, experience
- Application of asset management best practices using EAM software
- Highly knowledgeable in asset lifecycle planning and reliability engineering & maintenance
- Desire and appetite to work in the utility sector with small and large municipal and investor-owned utilities in the power and water / wastewater sectors as well as county/regional & municipal works
- Desire and ability to lead, supervise, and manage multi-disciplinary teams to successfully deliver consulting engagements
- Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across multiple Gannett Fleming Business Lines (BLs)
