Job description

The Assistant Business Administrator reports to the Business Administrator. The working environment is fast paced with frequent changes in priorities, multitasking situations and interruptions. Primary job responsibilities include assisting the Business Administrator with bookkeeping and financial reporting, accounts payable, employee payroll and benefits administration (including insurance and retirement benefits), employee timesheet processing and leave balance tracking, tax reporting, banking, corporation insurance policy maintenance, Board meeting preparation including Board meeting packets and supporting materials, some purchasing responsibilities (office supplies and equipment, employee uniforms, etc), office and computer equipment procurement and maintenance contracts and other duties as assigned.

A college degree (2 or 4 year) in accounting or business administration is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
