Cherokee Town & Country Club in Sandy Springs, GA is seeking to hire a Full-Time, FLSA Exempt, Assistant Clubhouse Manager to hire, train, and coach our staff to help maintain our status as a premier club.
This hospitality management position comes with a competitive salary of $80,000 to $95,000 annually based on experience and great perks and benefits including a 401(k) plan (match 100% for first 4%), health, vision, and dental insurance. YOUR LIFE AS AN ASSISTANT CLUBHOUSE MANAGER
As our Assistant Clubhouse Manager, you will use your exceptional leadership skills to lead a team of five assistant managers, while leading the team in training initiatives, processing department payroll, and completing P&Ls. To ensure we have a cohesive, and efficient team, you will participate in the management of department employees, including hiring, scheduling, training, performance management, and offboarding of front-of-house and back-of-house employees.
Your ability to motivate others with a hands-on management style will assist you in ensuring each member of your staff is skilled in their position. You take pride in your work and are passionate about providing our members with the best possible service!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to work a schedule that includes nights and weekends, as well as holidays.
- Bachelor's Degree (Degree in Hospitality or Related Field preferred).
- Experience and working knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Previous supervisory experience is required. Experience leading other managers is a plus.
- Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining training programs and initiatives
- Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
