The Hire Mark is recruiting a commercial property manager for a property management company in Studio City, CA
This is a full-time, in-office role with a compensation of 60k. There is a 6-month training period. After 6 months, the salary will increase to 80k.
Assistant commercial manager
- Area of Responsibility (AOR): Responsible for implementation of all commercial property management processes, with an emphasis on tenant relations and customer service (tenant, client, team, and vendor). Including but not limited to:
+ Playing a proactive role in experimentation and improvement, as guided by the Director of Operations and senior commercial property manager
+ Negotiating for and executing of leasing, lease extensions and expansions, lease administration, and coordinating tenant move-ins.
+ Property and tenant accounts payable and receivable policy and procedure, rent collections and eviction coordination.
+ CAM reconciliations.
