Assistant Homeowners Association (HOA) Manager
Location: Arroyo Grande, California

Job Description: We are seeking an Assistant HOA Manager to join our team in Arroyo Grande, California.
This is a part-time position with flexible hours, and the ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an HOA or property management setting. The hours are not to exceed 20 to 24 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the HOA Manager with all aspects of community management, including communication with homeowners, vendor management, and financial reporting.
- Respond to homeowner inquiries and complaints, resolve issues in a timely and effective manner, and maintain positive relationships with homeowners.
- Conduct property inspections for compliance of the rules and regulations in the community with written follow-up communication to owners.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HOA Manager.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- At least one year of experience in an HOA or property management setting required; additional experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Valid drivers license and vehicle to conduct property inspections.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software. AppFolio knowledge is helpful.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
