We are looking for an experienced Assistant Community Manager for our residential community in Glen Ellyn, IL. The ideal individual will enhance the value of our residential asset by providing an exceptional experience to our residents, vendors, employees and owner. Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Minimum 3 years experience in a fast-paced residential rental community
- Self-starter with a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with proficiency in English
- Assist in lease administration activities, including abstracting leases and keeping our database current
- Assist with rent collection and service of 5 day notices
- Coordinate tenant move ins and move outs, including furniture delivery and pick up
- Knowledge of effective marketing, sales and closing techniques
- Experience with Yardi Voyager, Microsoft Office, and CRM
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday on a rotating, five day schedule
- Ability to learn and comply with industry legal requirements, especially related to federal and local Fair Housing Laws.
- Performing any other tasks as directed by the Property Manager or Vice President of Operations
