Requirements:
- 1-3 years of Public Accounting experience, post undergrad.
- 5 years on the Company side (working at a Public/Publicly traded company)
- Extensive experience with SEC, SOX
- Previous Big 4 experience would be ideal (KPMG, Ernst & Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Deloitte)
