Brief Summary includes: Assistant Director of Housekeeping is responsible for assisting the Executive Director with day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping department, including but not limited to guest room floors, public areas, laundry, and linen. Responsibilities include staff training, inter-department communications, and staff scheduling—overall responsibility for the cleanliness of the hotel.
Essential Responsibilities Includes ten out ten results for guest satisfaction, providing services, room, and public areas cleanliness hotel metrics.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of hospitality customer service experience
- Related housekeeping experience
- High school degree or equivalent
- Ability to coach, mentor, train, and develop staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $61,200.00 per year
