Join our Excel Hospitality Team

Assistant General Manager position -

Enthusiastic, self-motivated and organized individual to lead our Days Inn team. With a passion and drive for guest satisfaction.

The AGM will oversee the daily operations of the hotel ensuring maximum profit through effective planning, sales promotions, monitoring guest satisfaction/customer care, and control of cost and labor.

Effective communication at all staffing levels to foster an environment supportive of teamwork.

Leadership skills, with an industry-recognized leader in hospitality management services.

Knowledgeable in operations to achieve planned goals for operational integrity as measured by revenue, house profit, and RevPAR index while maintaining company standards for quality assurance, asset protection, associate satisfaction and exceeding guest expectations.

Prior hotel management experience is required and knowledge of Opera PMS is a plus!

Pay: $42,613.00 - $45,225.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Hotel Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Hospitality Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
