We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant General Manager to join our team and help us maintain our high-energy lifestyle brand. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with exceptional leadership and communication skills, as well as a passion for customer service and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the lifestyle brand, including customer service, sales, marketing, and staff management
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and ensure that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
- Train and mentor staff members to ensure that they provide top-notch service to all guests
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing trends to make recommendations for improvements to increase revenue and brand awareness
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive working environment
- Work collaboratively with the General Manager and other team members to achieve organizational goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
