Position Title: Assistant Kitchen ManagerLocation: Shapleigh SchoolReports To: Wendy CollinsPosition Start Date: 2023-2024Required Certification: ServSafe Certification (can be attained after hire)Application Deadline: When suitable candidate foundThe Kittery School District is currently seeking an assistant kitchen manager at the Shapleigh School kitchen. This position is Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm during the school year. The ideal candidate for this position will be ServSafe certified and have previous experience in commercial kitchens. The assistant manager is responsible for cooking lunch and providing each student with food of high nutritional quality and attractiveness in an atmosphere of cleanliness and personal care.You must be able to pass a background test through the State of Maine Education Department.
