We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Leasing Assistant to join our team. As a Leasing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to prospective tenants, assisting with leasing activities, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our properties. This is a part-time position with weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist prospective tenants with property tours and leasing inquiries
  • Process leasing applications and assist with lease signings
  • Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and ensure units are ready for occupancy
  • Conduct market research on comparable units
  • Organize photos and 3D tours of the units
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Help with maintaining organization of documents and leasing information
  • Help with day to day operations of business, including posting notices, post office runs, rent collection, and answering the office phone

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills is a must
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed, ability to work independently
  • Previous experience in property management or leasing preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Personal transportation required
  • Fluent in English required; Fluent in Spanish is a bonus
  • Proficient in google drive and excel
