More Requirements: Excellent Customer Service Skills, Strong leadership potential, Basic math, accounting and personal computing skills. High School diploma or College preferred. Ability to calculate and analyze data. Strong interpersonal, team building and conflict resolution skills. Good oral and written communication skills. Strong operational skills in a fast paced environment, Minimum 1-3 years in a Management capacity in a restaurant or in the hospitality industry. College graduates can use their degree in lieu of previous management experience.
