GAME DAY
Our Hospitality Restaurant Managers are on the front line, operating our restaurants on a day to day basis. As a Hospitality Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the Hospitality/Take-Out/Delivery and Server Team Member execution and overall performance (and Servers in some cases). It will be up to you to make sure that operations are running smoothly while providing the ultimate experience for our sports fans. You’ll even have the opportunity to lead the restaurant’s in-restaurant Marketing initiatives and execute our rewards program.
Our Service Restaurant Managers are on the front line, operating our restaurants on a day to day basis. As a Service Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing Front of House (FOH) operations and will directly oversee all Servers. It will be up to you to make sure that FOH operations are running smoothly while providing the ultimate experience for our sports fans, focusing on Guest Engagement and satisfaction. If that weren't cool enough, you'll also ensure that overall day-part sales building initiatives are properly executed.
Our Kitchen Restaurant Managers are on the front line, operating our restaurants on a day to day basis. Whether you want to call this position a Heart of House Restaurant Manager, Kitchen Manager or Back of House Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the kitchen. Why do we call it Heart of House (HOH)? Our kitchen is the heart of our restaurants, this is where most of the magic happens. You’ll be responsible for the execution and performance of the HOH - overseeing HOH inventory, Food ordering, and supporting Food Cost of Sales variance performance.
Our Restaurant Assistant General Manager (AGM) is our assistant coach, overseeing the Heart of House (HOH) and Bar operations within the restaurant. Training? Zone rollouts? Inventory? Sales building? No problem. Get the right tools into your hands and you're ready to dig in. You'll be responsible for managing the HOH and Bar costs and ensure that your Team has the tools and resources to win the game. The day to day operations of the restaurant will be part of your primary focus and you'll be responsible for executing your plays along with the restaurant management team

Requirements :
WE'LL PROVIDE THE PLAYBOOK, HERE'S WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- You know the business. You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, computer operations.
- You have the education and experience. You’re a high school graduate or similar and possess proper food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications (if required by law). Extra points if you bring a bachelor's degree and/or have 2 years of previous management experience.
- You're Team focused. You have a passion for training and developing your Team.
