Dark Horse Beef & Deli Co is a boutique meat, poultry, gourmet cheese and Boars Head Deli located inside of Ring Bros Marketplace.

We are actively seeking a dynamic, high energy and positive assistant manager for our department who will work directly with ownership in the building and promotion of the business. Our ideal candidate has high attention to detail, creates a sense of urgency with their team and motivates others well. Food service and management experience are necessary, compensation to commiserate with experience.

Duties to include:

• maintaining positive vendor relationships
• upholding and providing exemplary customer service
• ordering and processing inventory
• servicing both meat and deli counters when necessary
• supporting the team on staff
• upholding above average industry cleanliness standards
• providing customer support and making decisions in proxy of ownership when unavailable
• some food prep, production
