Responsible for supporting GM with the overall operations of a store including team member leadership & development, sales performance, customer service, community involvement and execution of brand excellence. Creates and sustains a highly productive store environment through training excellence and leadership of F.I.B.E.R. (Fun, Integrity, Believe, Excellence, Results).

• Ability to stand, bend, reach scoop and regularly lift 30-40 lbs through-out assigned shift
• Comfortable periodically working in temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F (walk-in cooler & freezer)
• 1+ years supervisory experience within a food/retail company
• We prefer candidates with no more than 2 jobs within 5 years
