Reports to:
General Manager or Franchisee

Purpose and Objective of Position:
Deliver legendary guest experiences through quality service.

Key Accountabilities:

! Train, coach, and develop new and existing Front of House crewmembers with techniques approved by Pizza Ranch and as defined by Franchisee.

! Ensure delivery of the Pizza Ranch® and Franchisee service standards for dine-in guests.

! Ensure delivery of Pizza Ranch® and Franchisee service standards for out-the-door and pizza delivery guests.

! Manage front-of-house cleanliness and organization.
! Achieve store Food and Labor Cost goals.

Qualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies:
! Passion for leading and developing people.
! Proven record of management, communication, and organizational skills.
! Restaurant Operations experience preferred.
! Proficient in basic computer skills.
! High School graduate or equivalent education.
