Captain Jay's is hiring both part-time and full-time Assistant Managers, with paid training and growth into General Manager positions! We are currently looking for motivated food service managers who will empower and lead their team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Managers are responsible for the operations of their store, and supervision of their staff with full knowledge of Captain Jay's quality standards. Captain Jay's offers comprehensive hands-on training for our managers to ensure long-term success! We pride ourselves on the support, growth, and opportunities that we provide our managers both in and outside of work.

Wage: $15 - $18 an hour

Qualifications

• Ability to lead in a team environment
• Customer service experience
• Food management experience
• High school education or equivalent experience
• Passionate and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills

• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Control P&L costs
• Increase sales by providing a clean store environment, great quality food, and exceptional customer service
• Manage and oversee team schedule
• Oversee stock and day-to-day and long-term store operations
• Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
• Train and evaluate employees’ productivity and performance
