Ocean Express Car Wash is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to add to our team with the intent to train into an assistant manager position. We are looking for positive, goal driven individuals with great leadership skills, and the drive to deliver outstanding customer service. We are looking for someone reliable and very active, not a "desk person" but someone who is willing to be on their feet interacting with customers and employees. We are also looking for someone who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty!!

We are a high volume express Car Wash with free vacuums available to the public. Our entire wash process is automated and contained inside the tunnel, our employees are not involved with any drying or detailing of the interior or exterior of customer cars.

We are locally owned and have been in business for over 7 years. Past winner of the industries "carwash of the year"

Job responsibilities include:

• Opening or Closing business, starting equipment and making sure everything is working properly.
• Leading a crew of 2-5 team members
• Assisting with scheduled preventative maintenance of equipment in our car wash that includes Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems.
• Ensure team members are staying on task and coaching them up if needed
• Work together with our management team to work towards common goals and visions for our Car Wash

Skills desired:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Mechanical aptitude, knowledge of hand tools and how to use them
• Previous management experience
• Strong communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds

Compensation:

$55,000 a year, 10 days paid time off.

Paid health insurance.
