Join the fastest growing Pizza Franchise as a Shift Manager and take your leadership skills to the next level! We're seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual with a passion for the pizza industry to help manage our fast-paced work environment.

To qualify, you must be 18+ years old with a reliable transportation and willing to complete a 30-day training program to demonstrate your commitment and ability to handle the job. Once evaluated and trained, you'll start your shift manager training and receive competitive pay ranging from $12-14/hour.

As a Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for upholding the quality of our product and providing excellent customer service. You'll also need to be able to manage controllable expenses, control labor and food costs, and hire and train staff. Knowledge of profit and loss statements, food commissary ordering, and local store marketing are preferred.

You'll work with a diverse team and need to have strong communication skills to effectively lead and motivate your team. Availability to work mixed shifts, weekdays, and weekends is required. This role requires physical demands such as standing for extended periods, using hands and arms repetitively, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Be professional with all Pizza customers
• Promptly handle all customer concerns by delighting each of our customers
• Willing to open and close our store according to Pizza standards; including counting nightly inventory and cash control
• Willing to be coached to higher management levels
• Willing to perform all Pizza Shift Management functions and store operations
• Willing to perform and uphold Pizza daily cleaning duties
• Willing to maintain a safe and organized restaurant for employees and customers
• Willing to execute The OZ Principle
• Local store marketing

Hour Available:

• Day and Evenings are required
• Weekdays and Weekends are required
• We are closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and Easter Sunday.

Physical Demands:

• Applicant must be able to use their hands and arms repetitively, stand for extended periods of time, use their feet repetitively (specifically walking around), bend over, twist body and head, reach above shoulder level, kneel to ground level, push and/or pull, or move and/or lift up to 50 pounds. Occasionally, the applicant may need to push and/or pull, or move and/or lift over 51 pounds.

Pay: $13.00 - $14.50 per hour
