Looking for someone who can quickly become the owner's second in command and help run the store to allow owner to grow B2B sales and catering. This is a fantastic opportunity for growth and to create a tight knit relationship with owner!

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations of the store. This includes taking inventory, giving direction to staff, assisting in scheduling and closing the store. The ideal candidate will have experience managing staff at a restaurant/fast food chain. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys and understands the food industry to get corporate training from a national brand and achieve personal growth.
Responsibilities:
- Help plan and facilitate work schedules
- Give operational direction to staff to maintain efficiency
- Take inventory and make suggestions for future need
- Understand the store's objectives and translate those objectives into specific tasks for store associates.
- Assist team in daily tasks and help close the store
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
