Overview:

An operations manager is responsible for the successful operation of Bounce! Family Entertainment Center. They will assist in building a welcoming environment and model the required behaviors of a Team Member at Bounce! FEC. In doing so, they will assist business goals such as customer satisfaction, employee morale, sales, expenses, operations etc.

Job Duties:
- Responsible for the successful operations of Open Play sessions, food, and beverage services.
- Meets or exceeds sales targets through efficient application of Bounce! FEC policies and procedures.
- Initiates and books new business, i.e. parties, events, groups.
- Performs point of sale actions and front desk duties efficiently.
- Understands and enforces employees’ job responsibilities.
- Strong customer service skills are a must.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Syosset, NY 11791: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
