Hightop Hospitality, a restaurant and catering group in the twin cities, is looking to add a pastry chef to assist our catering team in St. Paul. Our pastry department makes everything from English muffins and buttermilk biscuits to wedding cakes and other desserts for all catered events and other outlets.

Preferred qualifications:

• 1+ year pastry chef experience
• Basic understanding of reading and converting recipes, basic cooking techniques, and health and safety regulations
• Works well in team setting
• Exceptional organization and communication skills
• Availability to work some weekends
• Self motivated
