Thomas Allen's Case Management Division is Hiring an Assistant Program Manager!
LOCATION: North Branch
HOURS AVAILABLE: 10 hours/week, can be combined with another role
JOB SUMMARY: As an Assistant Program Manager, you will act as an administrative aide to the Program Manager in overseeing the overall operation of assigned programs.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Assist with recruitment, orientation, and ongoing training and supervision of employees
- Assist with the review of time cards and reimbursement forms
- Referral coordination
- Provide support and guidance to staff, attend meetings and training as requested
- Perform various administrative tasks
- Generate, review, and complete reports
- Assist with policy creation
- Provide coverage for the Program Manager when they are out of the office
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in social work and LSW, or a bachelor's in a related field such as psychology, human services, or sociology, or Registered Nurse, or Public Health Nurse
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in human services is required
- Experience with Relocation Service Coordination, CADI, BI, and AC/EW Waivers
- Willing to drive own vehicle to perform job duties
- Background clearance
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, written and verbally
- Driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of auto insurance required
