Job description

We are looking to hire an Assistant Manager to join our team; reporting to their Property Manager. This position is responsible for assisting the Property Manager with the daily operations of the property. The right person will be able to provide exceptional leadership to their team, while also focusing on their own professional development. The Assistant Manager is organized and has exceptional customer service skills.

Key Functions

• Assist the property manager in the oversight and execution of building operations, walks the property and addresses lease violations
• Assists with the hiring of team members, and providing continuous learning and development of their team
• Aids with securing lease agreements as well as the lease renewal process of current residents
• Assists with all marketing and sales needs of the property
• Supports Compliance and Leasing teams as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to change
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule
• 2-3 years experience in Multi-Family Property Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Property Management: 1 year (Required)
• Property Leasing: 1 year (Required)
