Assistant Service Manager - Woburn JEEP (Automotive)

Our Service Department is looking for a TOP PERFORMING INDIVIDUAL who is process driven, technology savvy, with high energy and a desire to be part of one of the Best Automotive Teams out there.

You will be responsible for Managing our Shop’s Production to achieve high levels of overall group production and Customer Satisfaction possible. Your communication skills need to be sharp, professional, and respectful to all at every turn. You will report directly to the Service Department Manager.

We have a very strong and loyal customer base and pride ourselves in the professionalism of the entire dealership’s Team. A Jeep Customer is very different from most consumers as they do not just purchase a Jeep for their transportation needs, but it also becomes a fun part of their lives from the trips they plan to the “Jeep Wave” they give one another as part of a Jeep community. Our customers love their vehicles and care for their Jeeps with pride and passion.
