Description
The Assistant Site Manager is accountable for all aspects of the business and its operation. The ASM is available to assist the Site Manager in all responsibilities including meeting and exceeding established volume, revenue, and profitability goals by continuously seeking ways to improve the business and the site.
Responsibilities:
- LMA
- Coach, motivate, and train next and existing employees
- Assist with the scheduling of employee shifts
- Support the Site Manager
- Assist with the training of new and existing employees
- Attract, recruit, develop and retain employees
- Develop great customer relationships and address customer concerns
- Identify and resolve wash issues to ensure the wash is operating properly
- Complete basic equipment maintenance
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Build a positive and rewarding culture
- Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, discipline, dismissal, and performance management processes
- Perform administrative duties as assigned including paperwork, inventory, and documentation
- Ensure that safety and security are emphasized, practiced, and periodically reviewed
- Ensure that the wash is operating properly by monitoring the quality of the wash, addressing areas for improvement, and resolving wash issues
- machinery is in proper working order
- Maintain excellent site appearance
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklist on building, lot, and equipment
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Polite, approachable, positive demeanor
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- 2 years customer service experience required
- Positive attitude
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work outside in varying temperatures
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Ability to life 25 pounds
- May be required to climb ladders as part of cleaning duties.
Position Details:
- Full-Time, Non-Exempt
- 9 hour shifts
- Weekend availability, various shifts
- PM availability (afternoon and evening)
