OVERVIEW

An international tech provider is opening its doors in the United States in late June and seeking an Assistant Store Manager (and a Store Manager) to join its team at its new brick and mortar location on 5th Avenue in New York City. If you've worked at a place like Best Buy, Apple, or AT&T as a key holder, Manager, AGM, or in some other type of leadership position, we'd love to hear from you. A huge plus would be someone who is bilingual in Spanish or French, as this company's corporate office is in Europe. This position is direct hire.

DETAILS

• Sell mobile devices, drones, cameras, and other high tech devices to walk-in customers
• Upsell customers on company's proprietary tech insurance
• Provide cash back or store credit to customers for trade-in devices
• Put schedule together for sales associates
• Assist with hiring sales and training sales associates
• Open and close the store as needed
• Become trained on overseeing P&L and finances down the road
• Store hours are Monday-Saturday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• ASM and SM hours will vary from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (no more than 40 hours weekly) with rotating Saturdays
• No overseas travel required

COMPENSATION

• $40-$65k/year for Assistant Store Manager
• $80-$90k/year for anyone experienced enough to be Store Manager

WHAT THEY WANT

• 1+ years in a tech retail setting
• 1+ years leading people as a keyholder, manager, assistant manager, etc.
• Bilingual in French or Spanish preferred but not required
• Comfortable working 40-hours a week between the hours/days listed above
• Able to start when doors open on June 28th!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
