Responsibilities:

• As a Retail Assistant Store Manager, you’ll have the autonomy to run the store while upholding our Core Values.
• Contributing to the growth, development and profitability of the retail store will be key in this role.
• Promote Customer Service as The #1 Priority
• Inventory control manager
• Coaching, Training supervisor, managing employees
• Merchandising management
• Recruiting, disciplining staff,

Requirements:

• 3 years previous experience as a supervisor or manager of a team
• High School Diploma or GED
• Possess valid in-state driver license with an acceptable driving record
• Move and handle merchandise up to 40 pounds, and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting and perform all functions as set forth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
