They are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to assume a leadership role in the store. Starting wages between $19-$25/hour depending on experience.

What will be my responsibilities?

  • This position reports to the Senior Manager and assists them in all the day-to-day operations from receiving & merchandising to sales & bookkeeping.

Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Help customers with product selection and complete sales transaction.
  • Execute merchandising plan to set up aesthetically pleasing and playful displays
  • As a key holder, be responsible for opening and closing the store.
  • Receive and stock product with accurate documentation.
  • Be in charge of all store operations reporting to Area Manager.

What Qualifications/Experience/Requirements are needed?

  • Minimum of 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a Specialty retail environment.
  • Be able to work a full time schedule with at least one weekend day.
  • No late nights!
  • Physically active role – on your feet all day and be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Experience in merchandising and creating beautiful product displays is very desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
