Assistant Warehouse Manager

Job Description

The Assistant Warehouse Manager is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day incoming and outgoing product flow and provides oversight for all warehouse activities and team members

A successful candidate must be able to:

• Responsible for working with the Warehouse Manager to ensure accurate and timely shipping and receiving of all products
• Assist with and oversee all work that is set-up during the day
• Establish and maintain designated work areas and arrange as needed; ensure orderly and safe conditions at all times.
• Facilitate QC procedures and execute accordingly
• Develop reports for measurement of team performance

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Excellent time management, creative, organizational, and planning skills.
• Capability of identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Attention to detail is a must, specifically with both part numbers and counts
• Ability to work under deadlines to ensure work flow efficiency
• Self-motivated and priority balanced

Qualifications:

• Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Basic computer proficiency and understanding

Job Type: Full-time

• 8 hour shift
