Ridge Care, a leader in Senior Housing, is looking for a dynamic Part-time Activities Coordinator to develop and facilitate programming to meet the need of residents by providing them with meaningful and enriching activities.
The right team member for this position will be engaging, enthusiastic, willing to learn and overflowing with creativity to share in planning new activities. Communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to prioritize and multitask are a must. Responsibilities include recruiting, coordinating and training volunteer members and ensuring team member involvement in the activities program.
Candidates should possess exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, the ability to manage and maintain budgets/expenses, experience working with senior activities, social scheduling, directing or planning events.
