Leading Insurance Agency with Growth Potential We are seeking an Associate Agency/Insurance Sales Producer with current license and experience preferred. Paid Training and opportunities for growth available. Salary commensurate with experience and sales ability. Company is an Independent Agency with multiple carrier appointments leading to large sales potential. Agent will be directly responsible for expanding sales and customer base. Responsibilities:

• Review existing client coverage and offer new products to clients
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Resolve client inquiries
• Expand business reach through networking techniques
• Comply with insurance standards, licensing, and regulations
• Track and identify areas of improvement

Qualifications:

• Current WV Property and Casualty License Preferred

• Previous experience, insurance preferred

• Self Motivated
• Ability to build relationships with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to use Microsoft Office
