We are seeking a highly motivated an Associate Attorney to join our legal team. As a Permanent Associate Attorney in Saipan.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis to prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case
- Manage a caseload and meet deadlines
- Attend meetings and conferences with clients and other attorneys
- Assist senior attorneys with complex cases and legal issues
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
