KTMC seeks an exceptional Associate Attorney for the Radnor office.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact and liaison with litigation team for individual clients in class action cases
- Draft legal memoranda concerning class action cases
- Track and monitor shareholder class action cases for clients and team
- Assist with the management of clerical staff to ensure support work is completed promptly and correctly
- Work among a small team of prestigious attorneys
Qualifications
- 0-4 years complex litigation experience preferred; class action experience a plus
- Must have the ability to work from home (stable home internet connection)
- Must have excellent credentials and writing ability
- Must have ability to work with minimum oversight; creative thinking encouraged
- Must be able to work cooperatively and collaboratively
- Ability to work in a professional manner and manage fast-paced environment with a consistently calm, positive demeanor
- Proficiency in or advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
- BAR requirements: Pennsylvania BAR
