Coyne & Coyne, P.C., located in Camp Hill (Cumberland County), is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Lawyer to join our general law practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in various areas of law, including family law, estate planning and estate administration, and litigation (civil and/or criminal). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal assistance and advice to clients, representing clients in court, and drafting legal documents. Veteran's Preference is considered. Qualified candidates are expected to:

Demonstrate a passion for problem solving, client interaction, and dedication to the law

Draft motions and pleadings in family law

Perform first-rate legal research, and use it effectively to forward client goals

Must possess experience litigating family law cases and civil litigation

Manage an Estate from probate of Will to settlement of Estate

Conduct district court, bench and jury trials in routine matters and assist senior attorneys in more complicated cases.

Work cooperatively as part of a legal team, following direction from senior attorneys, and providing guidance to support staff

Must be a motivated self-starter who is positive, team-oriented, and with a strong work ethic.

Other Essential Requirements:

• Admitted in good standing to practice in Pennsylvania.
• 3 years + experience post-law school.
• Proficiency in LexisNexis.
• Proficiency in Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.
• Strong Organizational and time management skills.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Motivated with a strong work ethic as well as an ability to think ahead and prioritize key tasks.
• Available to begin work as soon as possible.
• Desire to have earn ownership interest in this established and well-respected firm.
