Associate Marketing Director:
The Associate Marketing Director will be responsible for the management, coordination and execution of all integrated campaigns in communications, social medial, public relations, special events and corporate collaborations. They will be responsible for managing the close partnerships with Public Relations, Creative branding marketing and Performance marketing. This role will report to the SVP of Marketing and Merchandise and supervise a marketing team with a dotted line to the Chief Creative Officer.
Responsibilities:

  • Share the vision for brand marketing with the company and ensure the story of who we are is clear to the customer.
  • Manage public relations and partner agencies.
  • Creating internal cross functional marketing briefs.
  • Drive cross promotional activities for Direct, Retail, & Wholesale, all channels.
  • Develop and manage campaigns and outreach efforts for events and collaborations.
  • Work within marketing team to plan, drive, execute and optimize promotional integrated campaigns across all channels; earned, owned and inbound media channels.
  • Stay abreast of current market conditions and trends and incorporate new innovations into company marketing plans
  • Identifying and initiating tracking requirements to capture business impact and cross-promotional KPIs.
  • Developing cross-promotion reporting, scorecards and dashboards for Network Services team and other key stakeholders.
  • Making analytical, data driven recommendations to improve efficacy of marketing campaigns and cross-promotional activities.
  • Develop and track project schedules, communicating milestones with teams and stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across teams and departments to ensure deliverables are completed on time and budget.

Qualifications:

  • BA in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related field.
  • 7+ years' experience in consumer marketing with progressively larger responsibility.
  • Experience working in the fashion retail sector required.
  • 5+ years' experience in managing cross functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in corporate marketing, preferably at a multi-channel retailer or an agency.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to apply sound business principles and practices to marketing strategy.
  • Ability to interact with senior management and communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a team and influence others.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply general business knowledge and experience in a complex, fast-paced business environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, lead, and project manage execution of effective communication programs and plans both internal and external across the enterprise.
  • Effective budget and people management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, agencies, and partners across the organization.
  • Exceptional oral and written communications skills.
  • Ability to travel 25%.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Sampling of Total Rewards Program:

  • Compensation type: Exempt Salary
  • Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000
  • Compensation negotiated based on previous experience & qualifications
  • Paid Time-off: (For employees who work over 30 hours per week)
